I give all of my clients 100% to make sure each one has a positive real estate experience and it is important for me to listen to all of my clients wants and needs. I use aggressive marketing strategies through technology, print advertising, and personal contacts with past clients and my professional contacts. I also am available to you by providing information on schools, freeways, community developments programs, etc. Most importantly, I use all available resources to make my clients transaction a smooth one from beginning to end. Education and Training B.S in Nutrition from Arizona State University M.A. in Secondary Education from Northern Arizona University, Magna Cum Laude Realtor since June 2000. Awards And Designations CNE: Certified Negotiations Expert CNS: Certified Negotiation Specialist SFR: Short Sale/ Foreclosure Resource Areas of Expertise Since becoming a Realtor in June of 2000, I have Listed/Sold and represented many clients all over the Valley. However, my areas of expertise are the Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek, North Phoenix, Desert Hills and the New River areas. I have also worked in Surprise, Peoria, and Glendale. Community Involvement I am committed to helping a number of special causes and have been involved in the following Charity Events" Susan G. Komen 3 Day for the Cure- I have walked in this event 6 times and loved every mile! Phoenix Komen for a Cure- I have walked in this event a number of time with my Mom who is a 2 time survivor. American Cancer Society Cancer Never Sleeps Events- twice and counting! I was also a "neighbor" for DUET, Partners in Health and Aging. I also continue to support many local charities and events: Phoenix Rescue Mission, St. Mary's, and many local pet charities. Personal Background I have been a real estate agent since June of 2000 and have worked for Coldwell Banker exclusively. Previously, I was a math teacher in both junior high and high school for 8 years and enjoyed my experiences as a teacher. I feel that I use many of my teaching/education skills in real estate and my math background is very helpful. I am a graduate from both ASU and NAU and have been living in north Phoenix and Scottsdale for the last 30+ years. The growth and change I have seen in these areas is amazing and I love being a part of this community. Additionally, my family and I enjoy hiking, camping and all the opportunities our wonderful desert has to offer!
