Service is the cornerstone to every successful agent but ultimately the quality of the service is measured not only by satisfied clients but also by the referrals that I have received. It is this philosophy that I have conducted my business, day in and day out, whether the customer is a renter, first time home buyer or searching for a multi-million dollar residence. My ability to meet my client's needs is based not only on my understanding of the market but my expertise in using that information to develop creative solutions for my buyers and sellers. The fact that I have developed skills such as marketing, merchandising (staging), networking, negotiating and information technology allows me to be better equipped and dedicated to meet all of my clients real estate needs. It is important that the real estate experience is seamless so the client can focus on what really is most important. I am currently a member of National Association of Realtors - Arizona Association of Realtors - Scottsdale Board of Realtors - Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Arizona. I have been an active agent in Connecticut and New York as well. Having served on the Connecticut Board of Directors as well as the New Canaan Board of Directors for several years, I understand what makes the Real Estate business so important and exciting to be a part of.
