About Kathleen

Real estate brokers Dennis and Kathleen Erba have been part of the Coldwell Banker® brand since 2000. They owned the Bodega Bay franchise office on the Sonoma Coast of Northern California, where their business background, entrepreneurial spirit and hard work propelled the powerhouse duo to the Top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and earned them membership in the International President’s Elite – a distinction reserved exclusively for top-producing agents. They were also named by RealTrends The Thousand in 2019 as in the top half of 1% of all agents nationwide. In 2018, Dennis and Kathleen relocated to Scottsdale and renovated a property at The Boulders. They successfully transitioned their book of business in CA to business partners there and continue to pursue prosperous careers in Arizona. Dennis and Kathleen strive to represent the best in the real estate industry. Having started and sold three prior businesses, Dennis and Kathleen have proven leadership and communication expertise that translates into trustworthy relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors. They provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for their clients and are detail-oriented, friendly and highly ethical. Dennis is a Marin County native and Eagle Scout. After graduating from Novato High, he traveled the country and abroad pursuing his cycling career. His commitment to the sport rewarded him as a top national cyclist, and he was invited to the Olympic Training Camp for the 1988 Olympics. He retired from the sport in 1989 but has recently completed both a full- and half-IRONMAN, earning an All World Athlete Award in 2018. Prior to her real estate career, Kathleen was in the investment banking industry, working for Hambrecht & Quist and Morgan Stanley until 1992, when she and Dennis began to start their own businesses. She is a native of Sonoma and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is an avid swimmer and runner in her spare time.
