After many years of owning and operating a successful Commercial Interior Design and Construction Project Management Firm in California, and relocating to Scottsdale, Arizona, I decided to enter the Real Estate Arena in 2007. Professional photography and staging create a strong online presence on the MLS and other platforms, while video and drone footage can captivate users on social media. I host open houses where Buyers can interact with the property and establish a connection. Each property has a unique story, and I will market it creatively and effectively! Once you are in contract, I will continue to be there every step of the way to help you navigate through the transaction process and all required deadlines. Putting the family home up for sale is clearly an ominous task and you will be faced with many financial and emotional decisions during the entire sales process. If Buyers feel like they don’t belong in a home, they will be inclined to look elsewhere. So, as much as you love to display your family photos, your grandmother’s personalized, multi-colored knitted quilt, or your collection of souvenirs from your last vacation, you need to place them in safe keeping in order to allow potential Buyers to imagine your home being their home.
