Stacy Eaton began her real estate career in Tucson, Arizona, in 2014, inspired by her mother and proudly continuing a family legacy in real estate. Now based in Scottsdale, Stacy serves clients throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and the surrounding communities with Coldwell Banker Realty. For Stacy, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, trust, and being a resource her clients can count on long after the transaction is complete. A natural connector and relationship-builder, Stacy brings a personal, hands-on approach to every client experience, backed by strong communication skills, attention to detail, and skilled negotiation. Stacy’s business has been built largely through relationships, referrals, and the friendships she has developed throughout her career. Whether preparing a home for market, representing a buyer, or connecting someone with a trusted professional, she believes the best real estate relationships don’t end at the closing table. For Stacy, one of the greatest rewards is continuing those friendships for years to come. A second-generation REALTOR®, Stacy proudly carries forward the legacy of her late mother, whose career inspired her own. Her personal logo holds special meaning as well: Stacy’s initials, “S” and “E,” are creatively intertwined to form a butterfly, a heartfelt tribute to her mother’s memory and lasting influence. When she's not working with clients, Stacy and her husband, Bernie, enjoy the Scottsdale lifestyle together. A lifelong golfer who began competing as a junior golfer in Omaha, Nebraska, Stacy still loves being on the golf course. She and Bernie also enjoy traveling, concerts, entertaining, and spending time with friends. Stacy embraces the social side of Scottsdale and enjoys staying connected to the community she calls home. Stacy believes the best part of real estate isn’t simply handing over the keys at closing; it’s the relationships and friendships that continue long afterward.
