My name is Buzz Carr and I am proudly associated with Coldwell Banker Realty, Arizona's #1 office - Biltmore-Paradise Valley office in Phoenix, Arizona. Being associated with Coldwell Banker carries the benefit of having a professional marketing department, transaction coordinators, property management technology, and sales strategies easily available. Although I have been a resident in the Phoenix North Central corridor for over 30 years, I have serviced clients from New River to Mesa and Ahwatukee to Litchfield Park. The North Central area provides a variety of new-build construction communities intermingled with mid-century modern classics. We have quite a diverse architectural mix in this area which makes each home distinctly yours. My goal is to sell your home at its highest possible market value or find your dream home that is within your budget in an efficient and organized manner. I am a near-native of Arizona and received my college degree from the University of AZ in Finance.
