About Tara

Tara's passion for real estate ignited at just 19 years old. After completing appraisal school, she conducted over 1,000 appraisals in the fast-paced Phoenix market during the economic boom, later transitioning to selling bank-owned foreclosure properties when the market crashed in 2009. Today, Tara's diverse expertise spans both residential and commercial real estate, from multifamily properties, to retail and office spaces, and vacant land. As a certified Military Relocation Professional and former military spouse, she also provides specialized support to active-duty and retired military clients. Tara's unwavering commitment to her clients, negotiation expertise, personal integrity, and high level of respect for her clients and colleagues, have earned her a sterling reputation and a steady stream of referrals from clients, friends, family, and other real estate professionals. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors, she takes the time to understand their personal needs and educate her buyers and sellers on current market trends, as well as works diligently to exceed their expectations. When she's not closing deals, Tara pours her energy into her roles as a full-time mother, part-time soccer coach, and volunteer Council Member for the Tucson arm of the Arizona Care Fund.
