With a background in education and years of personal experience in the real estate market, I understand the importance of being prepared, doing the research, and being committed to helping clients achieve their goals. I also sincerely just enjoy people and helping in any manner I can. For sellers: I complete a two-step initial process of first visiting your home / property for a walk-thru, followed by a second visit consisting of a full seller's consultation to discuss next steps (pricing and getting the home ready). In addition, I will be there to help you get your home ready for sale: staging; handy-man references; hands-on assistance; arranging for estimates and meeting service providers; and if necessary, taking advantage of our in-house Realvitalize program. For buyers: I offer a full buyer's consultation to fine tune your search and provide next steps to facilitate the buying process. Need help with financing? Here at Coldwell Banker Realty, we offer a stream-lined pre-approval loan service through our in-house affiliated lender. My door is always open, how can I help you? My background: My family moved to Tucson in July of 1973 as a military transfer (my father was a pilot in the US Air Force). Having attended elementary through grad school in Tucson, I have an in-depth relationship and history with the Old Pueblo and surrounding areas (including Green Valley). I was raised on the East Side (Go Sahuaro!) and have lived in Central, the Northwest and the Foothills of Tucson. After teaching in Arizona for eight years, I relocated to San Diego where I taught for the next 21 years. I have a passion for fiber arts, the beautiful Sonoran Desert, and Francophone culture. I also enjoy traveling and playing the mandolin. Languages: English and French
