About Susan

I have been in the service industry for many years, from Family-owned Restaurants, to being silver service trained with the Catalina Island Company. I am originally from Maple Grove Minnesota. I received a job transfer to Avalon, CA. Catalina Island, Post office, in 2009. As, I then began my career in property management for the Catalina Vacation Rentals. I obtained my CA Real Estate licenses, January 2016 and, later obtained my Mortgage MU4 licensed in May 2020. I then relocated to Chandler Az, and, achieved my Az Real Estate license in July 2021. I went to OAE Az, learning online Real Estate. Finding I prefer to see the joy in people’s life, rather than a computer. I enjoy my family like anyone beyond words, having been a part of animal rescue, and, to see the changes with animals that have been rescued, brings joy to my heart. My hobbies are, walking, deep sea fishing, reading, yoga, dog grooming, being in nature I have been a homeowner, and, I believe Home, is the best place to make lifelong family memories I am here to Serve.
