"We Strive for Excellence by Serving Others" Jason and Renee met while at Moorhead State University in Moorhead, MN. Jason completed his degree in Speech Communication and Business. Renee achieved her degree in Paralegal Studies. Jason is a proud Veteran that served with the Minnesota Army National Guard starting at age 17 for a total of 9 years. Renee was a proud member of the tennis team and Delta Zeta sorority while at Moorhead State. Jason has worked for recruiting, HR, and staffing businesses prior to pursuing a career pivot towards a passion of working in real estate. He has held various roles in recruiting, sales and sales leadership while serving the technology and real estate staffing needs of many of the Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Jason achieved a diverse background on the corporate side that allows him to price homes effectively so the client can achieve top dollar for their home. His marketing, advertising, and sales expertise provides a well rounded approach to everything he does in real estate. Renee worked for 12 years as a paralegal assisting many top-level attorneys in Fargo, North Dakota, Omaha, NE and Phoenix. She focused on construction defect cases, family law, bankruptcy and divorce clientele. Her strong persuasive and listening skills coupled with her ability to be organized, detail oriented and to understand all of the legal language in the Arizona Real Estate Contract allow her to be a strong advocate for her real estate clients. Jason and Renee are a husband-and-wife team and have a lot of fun working for their real estate clients while remaining professional and striving for excellence in all that they do. They offer full-time and full-service solutions to their real estate clients since 2004 when they started in the business just part time. Jason was born and raised in Minnesota and is an avid sports fan of any team in Minnesota. He enjoys travel, reading, pickle ball, home renovations, coaching, history and spending time with family and friends. Renee was born and raised in South Dakota. She enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, home renovations and decorating, reading, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
