About Kristine

My name is Kristine Daligdig, I am the proud wife of a USAF veteran. I've experienced the full rollercoaster of military life, including PCS (Permanent Change of Station) moves, both CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States). These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges military families face when it comes to relocating and settling in new locations. In 2024, I became a first-time homebuyer, and that opened my eyes to the importance of having someone you trust by your side throughout the process of purchasing a home. The support and guidance I received is something I am passionate about providing for others. I also bring experience in new home sales to the table, which has given me an understanding of how to negotiate deals and what builders are willing to make a deal with. I know the ins and outs of the home buying process, and I am skilled at helping my clients secure the best possible deals for their dream homes. As a mother of three amazing children and the proud owner of three dogs, my home is full of love and energy. I am dedicated to helping fellow military and civilian families navigate the overwhelming world of home purchasing. I believe in empowering others with the knowledge they need to take full advantage of the benefits available to them. My goal is to make the process of relocation and homeownership as smooth and stress-free as possible.
