Hello! My name is Douglas Ava and I have over 27 years’ experience as a licensed real estate agent. My slogan has been Always Ava…ilable! And the following work history has enabled me to obtain the negotiating skills and experience to maintain a high level of service. Teaching beginner’s guitar Waiting tables for several years and getting promoted to general manager at Nashville’s first O’Charleys Restaurant. Owning a general contracting business selling and installing storm windows and training sales staff in 3 states. In 1997, I became a licensed real estate agent and broker. Over 45 years as an elder in my religious affiliation, public speaking and training public speakers Bible based, all as a volunteer. So, having worked mostly on commission and being self-employed throughout my life I understand that I don’t get paid unless the job gets done! Loving real estate like I do just makes it easy.
