I've been licensed in Arizona & working in the Colorado River Valley since 1994. In addition, to a successful Real Estate Career, I worked with our local Association as a Director & Treasurer in the past. My career & experience started in the new home industry as a Sales Office Manager. I have also worked closely with several area custom home builders in their Sales/Project Management offices for the first 10 years of my real estate career. I still work with a few Builders/General Contractors on a consultation basis only. I received my California real estate license after selling 16 acres of riverfront land in Needles, CA in 2005. I was hired by the first-time developers as a project manager to create a gated custom home community on the Colorado River. Unfortunately, the first-time developers didn't have the experience or financial resources to see the project through inception. Then the economy took a downward turn, I have personally been through 3 major market corrections in my career. While each was challenging, they provided me with valuable experience to help my clients work through difficult times. From there, I worked with PAS (Premiere Assets) as an assistant to one of the area's leading Foreclosure Realtors at Key Time Realty for 5 years, she has since retired but we finished her career with an excellent professional reputation & high scores with PAS. I also worked with the area's top Foreclosure Real Estate Broker, The Ristow Group as their Office Manager before deciding to venture out on my own to rebuild my own Real Estate Career. My vast experience with new custom home builders, my project management skills, working in the Foreclosure industry, and working with clients to sell & buy homes for the past 30 years have contributed to a successful lucrative career in Real Estate.
