A native of Southern California, working over 30 years in Real Estate as an Appraiser in Huntington Beach, I specialized in residential properties in both Orange County and Los Angeles County. During that time, I also spent several years as a Professional Saltwater Fisherman, Charter Boat Owner and Boat Captain. Spending most of my time off the coast of of Southern California and Mexico, I became known to many as "Captain Dan." I spent many years vacationing and spending my leisure time in Lake Havasu City, loving the community and resort style living. I now reside in Lake Havasu City full time, where I have continued my work in the Real Estate field, now as a full time Realtor, where my experience and knowledge of appraisal has proved valuable. I have spent several years as a Lake Havasu Realtor, specializing in helping my clients find their vacation homes, primary residences, investment properties, or the homes they plan to retire in.
