This is a beautiful historic home built in the 1922's with lots of original wood work and windows. Some of the rooms have the original oak flooring. I am trying go get the original deed information if someone is interested in a historical designation. Lovely fenced in patio and rod iron fenced front yard. Many unique features in this home including a interior fire escape. The first floor has a huge master closet with private bath and a unique sun porch. We have a copy of the Original Vesting deed from 1918 in our files.
