About Rachel

a veteran REALTOR® with a wealth of in-depth experience in two major U.S. markets. Rachel comes naturally to the real estate world, as her dad worked as a REALTOR® for as long as she can remember. In fact, as a kid growing up in Wyoming, she would often clean her dad’s investment properties and help at Open Houses. Early on in her professional career, Rachel actually worked both as a flight attendant with U.S. Airways —enjoying big city life on the East Coast. But after 9/11, she felt compelled to reevaluate her career goals and make a change. So, in 2006, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona—to be closer to her family—where she worked as a real estate agent for about 14 years. She honed her skills in Phoenix’s busy market—helping home buyers, sellers, and investors through the housing collapse and mortgage crisis. During that time, as difficult as it was for the entire country, Rachel learned the ins and outs, ups and downs of working on short sales and foreclosures for her interested buyers. In short order, she grew quite skilled at finding and successfully closing those kind of complex but financially rewarding contracts. Rachel especially loves working with first-time homebuyers. She says, “they get so excited about the smallest things! When not exploring Arizona with her clients, Rachel enjoys hiking, playing and coaching soccer, going to concerts, and making short films. She even has a feature film on Amazon! Rachel also takes great pleasure in helping rescue dogs.
