Greta Wren is a seasoned Real Estate Agent with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I relocated to Arizona from Michigan on July 4, 2003, Prior to moving to AZ I was an Office Manager for a very successful New Home Builder in Michigan, so within months of moving to Arizona, I decided to obtain my Real Estate License. I have since embarked on a successful career helping my clients navigate their most important Real Estate transition. For the first 5.5 years of my career in Tucson; I was a Site Sales Agent in the New Home industry, I honed my skills in navigating the entire New Home construction process and gained a deep understanding of the Southwest home construction process and became adept at negotiating with new home builders. In 2013, I transitioned to the Residential Resale market, joining the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Team. With a background in management and a stellar customer service track record, I quickly excelled in helping clients, Both Sellers and Buyers transition to their next phase in Real Estate. Whether it's attaining personal needs or making strategic investments, I am committed to providing seamless transitions. Accreditations: Graduated with honors from CMU in 1989, holding a Bachelor of Science degree (Major in Psychology, Double Minor in Marketing & Advertising). Represented both Sellers and Buyers across the NE Phoenix Valley, from entry-level homes/condos to the Luxury market. I relocated to Arizona from Michigan 21 years ago and immediately pursued a career in the Real Estate industry. I was in New Home site sales for 5 ½ years before transitioning into the Residential Resale market with Coldwell Banker. I moved up to the NE Phoenix Valley from Tucson in the summer of 2013. As a professional, I pride myself on representing each client with the utmost integrity and loyalty. I have years of management experience which helps me to effectively run my Real Estate business. I graduated Cum Laude from Central Michigan University with Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, I truly enjoy helping my clients.
