About Deborah

Debbie Weinrich is a veteran of residential real estate, having had a successful career in Chicago, IL prior to moving to Arizona. She has joined COLDWELL BANKER REALTY and has continued her career in Fountain Hills where she and her husband TJ, a retired firefighter, now reside. They chose Fountain Hills because of its charming hometown character. Their adult children and grandchildren reside in the Valley as well. Debbie's experience in real estate includes a specialty in home staging. Early in her career, she was in Property Management, and the value of these experiences, along with her ability to listen to her client's needs, has been a successful formula. Debbie is passionate about helping her clients through the home-buying process, and does her best to keep her clients informed every step of the way. Debbie is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both home buyers and sellers, leveraging her area expertise. In her spare time, Debbie enjoys hiking and exploring throughout her new "home state" of Arizona.
