About Bob

Thank you for considering Bob Baronas Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Northland and Coldwell Banker Northland Global Luxury. Bob is one of a small group of local Flagstaff agents certified as a Luxury Property Specialist. Focusing on Agency and the representation of people, Bob believes strong relationships foster trust and allow better negotiations for buyers or sellers. Bob is a certified Luxury Property Specialist, a Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and holds GREEN and Smart Home designations. Growing up in the Midwest before moving west to work in adolescent mental health and outdoor education Bob retains his affable Midwestern upbringing. Using his criminal justice degree and a full career of experience with adjudicated youth, Bob has developed his listening and negotiation skills and brings them to real estate. Given his background and expertise in negotiation, splitting the difference is rarely the best option for his clients. A trail runner, Bob also loves backpacking, and mountain biking and has a passion for whitewater kayaking. He is a member of Team Run Flagstaff, a local track club, and a member of the local Search and Rescue organization. Bob is also currently on the board of the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors.
