About Melanie

As a real estate professional, Melanie Rogers is known for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in all of her real estate dealings. In her tenure in the business, she has strived to be someone in whom her clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. "Every transaction is about the customer. Melanie is an assertive and effective negotiator, as well as, an advocate for her clients. She is also a compassionate and friendly partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful. A native of Fort Smith, Arkansas, she moved to New Port Richey, Florida in 2013, where she obtained her real estate license. During her time there, Melanie received the 2014 Rookie of the Year award for her Coldwell Banker brokerage. She returned to the Fort Smith area in 2016, where she is continuing her real estate career. Prior to entering real estate, Melanie enjoyed a 20 year career in childcare as owner/director of The Sandbox Childcare Center in Fort Smith.
