Bill was great to work with. He was able to work with us or the fact that we had different schedules. He was always checking in to see how we were doing throughout the process and was always looking for houses and sending us suggestions of houses that were in our budget. He has excellent local knowledge and clearly knows a lot in the real estate process. I would definitely recommend Bill to any of my friends or family.

Bill made my experience as a first-time home buyer highly enjoyable. He quickly answered all questions (no matter how small), got us in for a showings promptly, sent us listings we'd be interested in, and connected us to other professionals to aide in the home-buying process. Purchasing a home in today's market could have been incredibly stressful but Bill made it fun and easy. Would highly recommend!

Bill is literally everything you could ask for in a realtor. He found me my dream home because he knew exactly what I was looking for! He is outstanding at communication, always professional, and truly goes the extra mile for you! He answered all of my questions immediately and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Bill truly lives to serve others and sets the bar very high for all other realtors. I would, without question, recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. He was able to recommend everything and everyone I needed in this process and I was fully satisfied with every recommendation. Bill treats you with kindness and fairness and really wants what is best for you! If I could give him ten stars, I would without hesitation. Thanks for everything, Bill!

This was my first experience in purchasing a property of my own and Bill made it easy for me! He was the one who suggested the property that I ended up purchasing. He walked me through everything from A to Z, helped me with an inspector, with negotiating and every question/concern that I came up with. Highly recommend and will be using in my next property.

We contacted Bill to purchase a lakefront property over a year ago. He showed us several properties and was very patient. When our dream house came up for sale during COVID, he reached out to us immediately, and we started the process. Living out of state, he was very responsive and attentive to all our needs. His communication throughout the COVID closing was excellent!! We enjoyed working with Bill and hope you will too!

Bill is 10/10 on communication. He puts himself in your shoes and finds what you may not know you're looking for. I will definitely be going back for future properties.

Buying a house was one of the most scariest things I have ever done in my lifetime; it was such a big commitment. Bill was understanding and patient with my indecisiveness at times and understood my frustrations when it came to being able to find the 'œright house'. After looking at several houses without success, we finally found the perfect house- but it wasn't that easy. Ups and downs and what if's occurred yet Bill was right there with honest answers and support- day or night. Bill was knowledgeable of process and was able to answer any questions that I had. Bill also did an amazing job at negotiations and did a great job with communicating with the opposing relator. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking to purchase a house. He will give you all the support you need with 100% honesty.
