About Terry

For 32 years, I built my career in the corporate world, leading teams and helping shape brands for major companies including Fleming Foods, Kmart, Sears, and Daymon Worldwide. My experience spanned product development, branding, sales, and marketing, giving me a strong foundation in negotiation, strategy, communication, and client service. After decades in a fast-paced corporate environment and numerous relocations, I decided it was time for a new chapter. My wife, Kathleen, and I relocated from Chicago to Parkersburg, West Virginia, her home state. In 2015, I began my second career as a licensed West Virginia real estate salesperson, followed by earning my Ohio real estate license in 2016. Since then, I have helped hundreds of clients navigate the purchase and sale of their homes throughout West Virginia and Ohio. More than 70 five-star Google reviews reflect my commitment to providing knowledgeable, responsive, and professional service. I have also earned the Certified Listing Agent designation, further strengthening my ability to help homeowners successfully market and sell their properties. My commitment to service extends beyond real estate. I am honored to serve on the West Virginia Dental Board, where I have the opportunity to apply my professional experience in service to the community. I am also proud to support charitable efforts benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through my real estate business. Outside of real estate, you'll often find me on the golf course, making homemade chicken and noodles, or enjoying a good book. Kathleen and I have been married for over 40 years, and our sons, Derek and Drew, have blessed us with six wonderful grandchildren. They are a constant reminder that, at the end of the day, home is about much more than four walls. It's about the people, memories, and experiences that happen there.
