For 32 years, I climbed the corporate ladder, leading teams and shaping brands at industry giants like Fleming Foods, Kmart, Sears, and Daymon Worldwide. From product development, branding, sales, and marketing, I thrived in the fast-paced, high-stakes world of large corporations. But after 20 years, the constant relocations and relentless demands took their toll. I retired and relocated from Chicago to Parkesburg, WV - my wife's home state. In 2015 I began a 2nd career and became a licensed West Virginia REALTOR®. In 2016, I got my Ohio real estate license. Since then, I've helped hundreds of clients buy and sell their home. My 70+ 5-star Google reviews and "Certified Listing Agent" title are testaments to my success and dedication. But my impact goes beyond closing deals. I'm honored to serve on the West Virginia Dental Board, using my corporate experience to give back to the community. And when Coldwell Banker donates to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for every home I sell, it feels like I'm making a difference in lives far beyond the picket fence. When I'm not helping my clients sell or buy a home, you'll find me on the golf course, making homemade chicken and noodles, or getting lost in a good book. Kathleen and I have been married for 41 years, and our two sons, Derek and Drew, have blessed us with six incredible grandchildren. They're my constant reminder of what truly matters: love, laughter, and a place to call home.
