I have worked in real estate for 13 years in the Salt Lake Valley. I personally invested in real estate for approximately 25 years.
Prior to this, I worked in the insurance industry for 20 years as an owner/developer of an organization managing approximately 50 employees. I feel like my insurance knowledge, marketing knowledge and customer service experience has assisted my clients in both the insurance requirements, title processes, and optimal marketing and communication needed to complete transactions.
I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.

I have my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate) certification in Real Estate as well as my ABR(Accredited Buyer's Representative) accredidation. I obtain knowledge in the entire process of real estate including, search, procurement, contracts, title, the loan process, inspections, appraisals, insurance and more. Being a Certified Relocation Specialist assisting individuals moving in and out of Utah has allowed me to understand the process my clients may be embarking on as they relocate with their corporation or take on a big change to another area. My experience with this has given me the chance to direct my clients in such a way that they receive the professionalism and knowledge when they leave Utah and also the same when the arrive their new location arranging for agency for them in their new home.
