Construction, landscaping, property management are also part of my experience. Prior to real estate, I was a product manager in sports and automotive products. (Boston and Germany) Education & Awards CRS - Certified Residential Specialist (5% of agents) ABR - Accredited Buyer Representitive GRI - Graduate, Realtor Institute Relocation training New construction sales training Managing the change in: 1. the real estate market 2. contracts and the transaction process 3. marketing and sales, requires continuous education, training, and prctice. I generally complete 2 - 3 times the required 15 annual hours of education. Personal Background My wife and I have lived in Edina since 1992; I serve clients on the south side of the Twin Cities from our offices a few blocks from my home or my home computer. New Brighton is my hometown and I work out of the Fridley/New Brighton office to serve clients on the north side of the cities. I am active in the New Brighton Lions Club, play tennis regularly, and travel when possible. 1981 graduate of Macalester College, St. Paul, MN (economics) Language Capabilities My German is rusty, but I worked for 6 months in Germany, twice. Mission Statement My goal is to have clients who stay with me for life. Honest, ethical, caring, and effective business practice resulting in clients happy to pay me fair commissions.
