Lee's background includes over 20 years of serving clients with investment needs across the U.S. and off-shore. He's provided consistent value and returns to individuals and institutional clients while maintaining the importance of urgency and good timing. Lee has worked as a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills. While there he co-founded the University Group with a colleague. The group focused on providing financial services including home mortgage lending to professors and medical specialists in Los Angeles and through out California. It was during his time at Morgan Stanley that Lee gained a valuable understanding of the Los Angeles real estate market specifically in Malibu. He's also had experience as a mortgage loan originator with a super regional bank. Lee believes that Malibu is the "Oh Wow" of true value. A wonderful place with this magnetic attraction. When you're there you just don't want to leave.. Lee has a network of community and personal contacts in Malibu and throughout Los Angeles that he's established over many years.
