From Sandpiper to Coldwell Banker
Sandpiper Realty was founded in 1969 and became a Coldwell Banker Affiliate Company in 1993. I have been an owner and associate memeber of Sandpiper since its inception.
In 1999 Coldwell Banker Sandpiper became Coldwell Banker Associates Realty and then Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in December of 2003.
