About Trey

Fourth generation Houstonian Trey Nesmith has real estate in his blood. The son of a top-producing Realtor in a family of successful residential and commercial contractors and developers, Trey began his real estate career in Austin while attending the University of Texas. Trey understands the importance of targeted marketing. He creates individualized marketing strategies for each of his sellers, including advice on strategic updating, to help them realize top dollar for their properties. When working with buyers, Trey really listens to what they want and expect in order to find just the right home for them. Trey grew up in the Memorial area and attended Stratford High School.
