My extensive career in the corporate world with Chevron/Texaco enhances my ability to successfully negotiate on my client's behalf. Having effectively led administrative teams, I understand the importance of negotiating a win-win deal and have the skill-set necessary to monitor and facilitate the home buying and selling process for a successful closing. My dedicated focus and personal commitment helps create optimal outcomes for my my clients and 5-star client ratings. While at Texaco, I won the President's Outstanding Contribution award for my efforts in streamlining administrative processes. I bring to my Real Estate career the same commitment to excellence while providing my clients with an outstanding positive experience. I have a Bachelor's degree in English and Teaching and have tutored "at risk" students in comprehension and reading to help them pass the State required Academic Assessment tests. I have volunteered as an ESL tutor with the Literacy Council, helping new immigrants learn English as they assimilate in the U.S. I am ready to partner with you.
