With a degree in psychology from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, this energetic agent knows that her listening and negotiating skills offer a true advantage. “Real estate is more than simply matching people and places,” says Stephanie. “It really involves understanding the practical and emotional aspects associated with buying or selling a home. Her priority is to fully represent her clients and put their needs first.” What distinguishes Stephanie from other agents her age? “I build relationships with my clients,” she says. “They are my priority, and everyone I work with can expect honesty, hard work and lots of enthusiasm!” Stephanie credits her family and Coldwell Banker for her overwhelming interest in real estate. “I have grown up in the business and I truly enjoy working with people. I was taught to do whatever makes me happy and to follow my heart, which is exactly what I’m doing.” Working as an agent at Coldwell Banker is a ‘dream come true,’ according to Stephanie. “This is a company that is synonymous with a long-standing tradition of quality service,” she says. “That means everything to me.” Stephanie supports the cause of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, volunteering and raising money for breast cancer research in honor of her late grandmother who died of the disease. She is also involved with the Danish Club of Houston and Houston Accueil, a nonprofit organization that helps French immigrants in Houston adapt to a new way of life. Of French and Danish descent herself, Stephanie is proud of her European heritage and her multilingual skills. “I’m fluent in French and Danish as well as English,” she says. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, trying new things, watching good movies, and spending time with family and friends.
