About Kay

Kay is a native Houstonian and is very familiar with Houston's close-in neighborhoods. She grew up in Westbury and Meyerland, and has been a Heights resident for the past 13 years where she enjoys focusing on the historic homes which are her passion. Kay enjoys working with first-time homebuyers to help guide them through the process, which at times can be overwhelming. She has been involved in real estate all of her career from commercial development, tenant construction, and residential sales and leasing. The majority of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. She has been involved in transactions from a $10,000 vacant lot to multi-million dollar homes. There is nothing she won't tackle for her clients. She doesn't consider herself a saleperson as much as a facilitator who listens to her clients and then helps them meet their real estate goals, whether it involves buying or selling. She also spends a great deal of time orienting newcomers to Houston and the various neighborhoods, helping them pinpoint the areas that best suit them. When preparing a home for sale, she is instrumental in advising ways to stage it or freshen up landscaping to enhance it's overall appeal. For sellers, her marketing plan is simple and straightforward. She does the research to ensure that your listing will be positioned properly in the market.
