Welcome to Coldwell Banker and to my profile page! I was fortunate to grow up on the East Coast in Virginia Beach, Virginia with amazing parents in a family with four girls. My father, William McIntosh had a huge and positive influence in my life-he sent me to a Dale Carnegie course when I was 18 years old! I'm not sure if I appreciated it at that age, but realized later how wise he was to send me early! You are in good hands...I have been in real estate for over 25 years! My background is in Sales and Communications, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at USC, where I still have many long time friends-mostly in the South Bay area in Los Angeles. Go Trojans! I have been a longtime agent in the Valley of the Sun...since 2010 moving to Scottsdale from Vail, Colorado. I focus on luxury homes, golf properties and as a longtime equestrian, I enjoy assisting Buyers and Sellers with ranch properties as well. I earned my Real Estate Broker's license first in Colorado in 2001, then became licensed in Arizona after moving to the Valley full time. I look forward to guiding you through an exciting experience with superb communication and negotiating skills to make your transaction as smooth as possible. You will be guided step by step the whole way-from the beginning to close of escrow. The goal is to always give 120% to my clients by providing excellent service in every way. My husband Mike and I live in Phoenix. We met during the Covid shutdown, and we've been together ever since. My hobbies are reading, travel photography, riding horses when I can, and training my 2 yr old Rottweiler puppy-Addison.
