EXPERIENCE--Twenty-six years of both selling homes and managing a successful real estate office, offers the buyer and seller a very unique mix of talents that will help make their real estate transaction more pleasurable than working with an agent that lacks this perspective. PERSONAL ATTENTION--When you decide to work with me, you work with ME. I don't pass you off to an assistant. You call me, I answer the phone. Your needs need to be acknowledged and understood to make this relationship work. I believe in putting my clients first. Personal Information I was raised in Nogales, AZ. I am married to Joe Roedig. We have three children and five grandchildren. I owned and operated a tortilla factory in Tucson before becoming a real estate agent. I love to cook and when I am not involved in real estate you will find me in my kitchen cooking for my friends and family. I speak fluent Spanish. Professional 26 years ago, I became a Realtor—the best decision I have ever made. I started with Tucson Realty and Trust. Within a few short years, I was the recruiter and trainer as well as being a top listing and selling agent. I joined Long Realty in 2000 through an acquisition. I was the assistant manager for the Northwest Office of Long Realty until 2003 when I moved to Chandler. I w the Branch Manager here in Chandler from 2004-2018. I am a certified ethics instructor, serve on Professional Standards for the Arizona Association of Realtors, and I also serve as a mediator for AAR.
