I'm Katina Samaras, with over 18 years of experience as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty, I have the luxury marketing expertise to get your home sold or find your dream home in the Phoenix metro. My areas of concentration include McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Paradise Valley and all of Scottsdale. I have lived in the area for over 20 years; I have been a buyer, seller, and a neighbor. I love Real Estate and everything it encompasses. I love working with others to achieve their dream of owning their own home, purchasing an investment property, and becoming their trusted agent for life. My background: After studying Elementary Education and Drama at Arizona State University, I completed my student teaching on the island of Sardinia in Italy. I started a school for Italian Executives and large company owners that did not have command of the English Language. Prior to living in Italy, I lived in Greece, where I spent most of my years growing up. I started a building/ construction company with my cousin. While in this position, I worked alongside architects building apartments in Athens, where I gained extensive knowledge in design.
