My market expertise in Sedona Real Estate sales is based on the past 17 years I have been an active sales agent in Sedona with Coldwell Banker. Customer satisfaction is my primary goal. That is achieved by listening to the Buyer or Seller in order to understand their needs, sell the property in a timely manner at a price that is agreeable to the Seller, locate the Buyer’s preferred property and negotiate a fair price within the Buyer’s budget. My focus is on attention to detail, timely response to my client’s questions, open communication and above all loyalty to my client. In addition to being a licensed Arizona Real Estate Sales Agent, I am also licensed as a Real Estate Sales Agent in California where I resided before moving to Sedona. At that time I had a corporate sales career and retired as a Sales Director. My education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a discipline in Marketing.
