About Matt

Matt's successful tenure in real estate began in 2006 when he started working in property management. He managed a large portfolio of 4000+ apartments and worked in acquisitions to target and procure multi-family flips. He became a full-time agent in 2013 in the Los Angeles area, selling homes across the region including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood. Since he was licensed 6 years ago, Matt has sold over 175 homes and made masters club 3 years in a row. His successes are a result of his dedication and passion for helping his clients and his belief that the keys to a positive real estate partnership are communication and accessibility. A great quote that encapsulates Matt's work ethic is: "I may not have the answer, but I'll find it. I may not have the time, but I'll make it." He brings this sentiment to every transaction and truly listens to, and takes to heart, his clients' wants and needs. Matt is a Southern California Native and relocated to the Sacramento Area in 2015 to be closer to family. He currently resides in Fair Oaks with his wife and 2-year-old daughter. He has a wide range of interests that include design, architecture, and remodels, and he studied business and arts at SLU (Southeastern Louisiana University). In his spare time he enjoys music, concerts, cooking, and hiking in the mountains.
