Cyntha Wright
Leading Internet Marketing. Updates on the legislature and ever-changing laws & regulations in the Real Estate Industry-SRES®, WCBR , UAR, NAR membership
As a professional in the Real Estate Industry, I adhere to the Real Estate Code of Ethics. My career began in Texas where I was born & raised in the little town of Houston. I started in Austin, Texas, selling condos to parents for their children to live in while they attended college at the University of Texas. "I learned early what the values & investments in real estate could be and the advantages property ownership offered people".
Before starting my career, my parents moved to La Jolla, California where I attended & graduated from La Jolla High and La Verne College for two years and then returned to Texas for a year at T.C.U. and one day I hitched up the horses and packed the covered wagon with everything and headed West; stopping in Palm Desert, California and learned more & sold more real estate. This time, specializing in single-family homes, and land. Eventually finding Utah and falling in love with the mountains and the red rocks of St. George.
I love the Arts, throwing pottery on my wheel & kiln - I love the wildlife; Utah has given me many ways to enjoy nature, skiing, and living life. And am honored to live here among family and friends
Specializing in Silver Reef, Leeds, Anasazi Plateau, Springdale, Rockville, Kanab, New Harmony, Kolob Ranches & St. George, and surrounding areas of Zion National Park.
I am not just any real estate agent. "I know that a career in Real Estate goes beyond 9 to 5. "
I am forever grateful to the Sellers and Buyers I have served over the years, and for all the amazing people I meet -
Thank you
I saw this statement that resonated with me, I don't know who wrote but would like to share it with all
THE ESSENCE OF DISCIPLINE
Make it a point to do something every day that you find challenging,
This is the Golden Rule for acquiring the discipline to do your utmost
without questioning the desire to apply yourself to be the best;
for when you want what you've never had, you must
learn to do what you've never done.
To all who read and or follow my web page, it is the closing soon of 2022 and anyone who would like to connect with me please do,
I would also like to ask what is is you like the most about what Realtors do and what would you like to see change.?

Cynthia provided great service to my wife and myself in locating property in spring Dale. We decided not to build a home in Springdale since we were impacted by the coronavirus. This decision is unrelated to her professional qualifications and all the assistance she provided us.

working with her.

Cyntha was easy to work with, and she made sure we were satisfied with the purchase, and followed up after the move in. She is dependable and knows the local market very well. We would choose her again for our next real estate purchase or sale.
