Started in real estate selling in vacation condos at a ski resort in Virginia in 1974. Then moved to Washington, D.C. and was rookie of the year for Long & Foster Realtors in 1977. Owned our own real estate company in 1989 and realized to the power of a franchise when we took over 60% of the market in 6 months once we became a Century 21 office Worked as the General Sales Manager for Davidson Realty in World Golf Village for almost 8 years developing the office from just a site sales office into a general real estate office. Earned the CDPE (Certifield Distressed Property Expert) desigation when short sales and foreclosures became an every day part of our buisness. Also received National Association of Realtors Loss Mitigation Expert certification. Was 2007 President of the St. Johns/St. Augustine Board of Realtors. 2008 I was a part of the delegation of a group of Realtors, builders, Chamber and Visit JAX consortium to go to A Place in the Sun convention in Birmingham, England to promote Northeast Florida A certified mentor for Brian Buffinis 100 days to Greatness and now Peak Producers which is an outstanding training program for agents. 2012 with the world becoming smaller - I became CIPS (Certified International Specialist) and almost immediately received a referral because of it. Member of the Global Real Estate Council through Northeast Florida Board of Realtors Active wiyh Northeast Builders Association - Sales and Marketing Council.
