About Melanie

Melanie was born and raised in Vero Beach. After graduation from Vero Beach High School where she enjoyed Lacrosse and Volleyball as extra curricular activities she attended the University of Central Florida and obtained her Marketing Degree. Melanie is a strong supporter in her Community and believes in giving back while being active in numerous organizations, including Senior Resources Association - Meals on Wheels. She also takes pride in sharing the Beauty of the Florida area and Lifestyle has to offer her clients. Her local knowledge and expertise include a multitude of outdoor activities, offering gorgeous nature trails for walking, hiking and biking in addition to tennis, boating, kayaking, fishing, hunting, wonderful dining, boutique shopping along with unique events and activities for everyone. Pairing with her Mother and Brother along with Coldwell Banker Paradise was the perfect piece of the puzzle for her. The firm was established by her Grandparents Ed and Marguerite Schlitt in 1953.
