On October 1st 2018 I joined Coldwell Banker as a part time Realtor. My goal was to learn and gain additional experience so I would be able to help my clients have the best possible experience with the least amount of hassle. I felt that Coldwell Banker was the best place for me to accomplish these goals. In July of 2020 the opportunity presented itself for me to make the transition and become a full time Realtor.

    My Story
I grew up in Burgin, KY and moved to Harrodsburg when I married Scarlett Catlett on February 20, 1993. We have two wonderful daughters, Hannah and Kellie, and a great Son-in-Law Austin. I have loved every stage of my kids growing up. What I find interesting is the two most challenging times were when we first came home with them and when they first started to leave home and now, Scarlett and I are adjusting to being "Empty Nesters". I am looking forward to spending my remaining years with Scarlett and working as a Realtor
I worked in Real Estate from 1991 until early 2000. At the same time I was working in Printing. In January of 2000 I was offered a job as an Account Manager in printing. I knew making that transition would mean I would need to postpone my dreams of becoming a full time Realtor. Since that day I have always told Scarlett and friends that I was going to retire from printing and become a Realtor at 55 years old. . In preparation for this change, in October of 2018, I joined Coldwell Banker McMAHAN as a part time Realtor so I could prepare for my future dream. Because of some financial setbacks, children's college, wedding and COVID-19 I moved the transition from part time to full time to age 59 ½. This would give me additional time to prepare financially for the change. As it turns out, plans change and on June 30th I found myself downsized from the printing industry. "Ironically" at age 55! (Proverbs 16:9)
Scarlett and I attend Immanuel Baptist Church in Danville, KY where I serve as Treasurer and Scarlett and I do Biblical Counseling and serve in other areas as the need arrises.
