Robin went out of her way to help our family prepare an elderly relative's house for sale. She gave us good advice of things that needed to be done and those that would not affect the selling price. Robin advised us on the correct listing price range. We were pleased and surprised at how fast the house sold, even in cold weather. She definitely has local contacts and knows the area.
