Born and raised in Idaho with over 15 years' experience in the local building industry and real estate market, I truly value and appreciate my clients and their trust in me. I strive every day to maintain trust and exceed their expectations. Providing a first-class experience for all of my clients through flexibility, patience, ability to problem solve and listen, low-pressure sales and high-quality, strategic marketing. Specializing in new construction, however, my experience and skills are not limited as I have ample experience in land purchases, starter homes, investment properties, and high-dollar estate homes. Being an "Idaho Girl" has taught me the value of hard-work, discipline and what it takes to follow through with commitments and achieve success. I strive to provide quality service, while building lasting relationships through communicating promptly and effectively. As testament to this, my business runs on more than 80 percent referrals from past clients. Outside of real estate, I enjoy coaching soccer, providing service to those in need and spending quality time with my family.
