I am a full time Realtor licensed in MS & TN, specializing in single family homes, new construction, existing homes and land/lot sales. I do make communication a priority from the time we meet and even after the purchase to stay in contact periodically to maintain that relationship. I find out the client's best method of communication they prefer, whether it be texting, email, video or a call. I enjoy working with sellers to guide them through getting the best value for their home and assisting them in the process of making that move as stress free as possible. Also, if they are purchasing another home or if they are moving out of state, we can also assist with connecting them with a professional realtor. I also work with buyers who are making one of their dreams of home ownership come true and guiding them through the process. This is a big investment and discuss how to start the process of purchasing a home and constant contact throughout the entire process.
