    Thanks you David! Your local knowledge priced the house just right. We received multiple showings immediately with an offer very close to asking within 24 hours. David was very helpful working through the repair requirements and negotiations. Thanks you for a great job

    David was very professional and helped guide us through the process of buying our first home. We asked for his input along the way which helped us realize what we wanted or didn't want in our first home, that was very helpful. David worked with our weird work schedules and was very flexible with showings/meetings. We appreciate all of his patience and hard work in finding our first home!!

    We've worked with David on the purchase and subsequent sale of one home, and the purchase of our current home. Should we sell, we'll be calling him again. He's a real pro, easy and fun to work with, and very responsive. He has lots of local connections and knows the area very well. We would highly recommend David!

    While he is the only realtor I have ever had, I have only praise for David. He would meet me at houses on an hour's notice. Found the house that I purchased. He was always available for text or phone calls and puts his clients first. If I ever move again in Greenville, I know exactly who I am calling.
