About Summer

In 1999, I began my career assisting in a small firm in Gautier, MS. I decided to obtain my Real Estate Licenses. While learning the market, I always wanted to complete my Degree, so while working, I did just that. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Communication and PR from the University of Mobile, AL. I obtained a Bachelors Degree from The University of Mobile in Marketing. I decided I needed to become an investor in the area to help my clients learn to make money with Real Estate. At the age of 22, I purchased my first home. Over the next few years, I purchased more homes as rental property. In 2001, I wanted to broaden my education and joined Coldwell Banker. That was a good move for me, as it lead to the beginning of a Muli-Million Dollar Producer Status. In 2005, we suffered from a massive storm here on the MS Gulf Coast and a lot of our area was damaged. I began purchasing homes to flip. I was able to assist many families from apartment situations back into their homes. This career has been very rewarding and has become my passion. My husband and I now own 11 rentals properties, flip about 3 or 4 homes a year, and have began investing in other areas of the MS and Al coast.
