I absolutely loved working with Ms. Lizana! She had wonderful knowledge of the areas we were searching, and when she was not familiar with a particular town, she had an associate that was from there help us further with our search. She always made time for us to look at properties and was very accommodating of our needs and desires in a home. Although I purchased a home, I know I will use her services again in the future with other transactions.

Trying to purchase a home from out of state during COVID-19 was challenging. Lizana was always quick to respond to our texts and calls. She was eager to help in any way she could, and encouraged us when our first contract fell through due to a failed home inspection. We ended up moving to the area in temporary housing and expected we'd have to build a home that met our needs and wants. After nearly 4 weeks without any contact, our dream home showed up on Zillow. We contacted her immediately, and 2 hours later we were walking through the home with her. We submitted an offer the next morning, and beat out three other offers to go under contract the following day! Now we are living in the perfect house for our family. She went above and beyond, even doing video walk throughs of rental properties when we had to move before finding a home to buy.
