We love Jay Tenuta, or as we call him, Jay Tenacious! He is a hard worker and treats every property as though it were his own. He knows the market trends. Where can I begin to say everything good about Jay Tenuta. When I was put spontaneously in a position to sell my sister's home, I was overwhelmed to say the least. Our experience with Jay Tenuta and Coldwell Banker 1st Choice was very professional with a great personal relationship as a bonus. We put two multiple unit apartment buildings up for sale in May, and we signed the paperwork for the last one just 4 months later. Selling rental real estate is a little tricky, as showings have to be managed with people living in their apartments. We were always given adequate notice, and we only had a couple of no shows (which was on the part of another real estate agencys clients.) There was good presence of advertising in the internet market and we were given routine report sof the traffic and demographics. Communication was frequent when necessary and Jay has a great staff that are very knowledgeable about all kinds of things.
