The annual fees for the amenities are included in the HOA fees and provide 2 daily lift tickets to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, & privileges to Teton Pines Country Club = golf, tennis, swimming, and XC-skiing. 3 fixed summer weeks (depending on the year), automatically reserve the first 3 weeks of July or the last week of June & the first 2 weeks of July. 2 floating ski weeks require a reservation, 1 fixed ski week for early March.
