About Rick

Rick Wieloh has Real Estate and Property Management experience since 2001 in Jackson, Wyoming. Rick is also a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson with CBMP Real Estate . Rick’s’ wife Jennifer is also involved in the Real Estate community in Jackson Hole as an agent. Together they have an intimate knowledge of the area properties, profit potential, and the various companies and individuals concerning the local real estate market. Prior to co-creating Coldwell Banker Mountain Property in Jackson Hole Rick and Matt Belford , CBMP, Broker, opened Apex Real Estate and Property Management, Rick graduated from West Virginia University with a Masters of Special Education, and a BA in Marketing. He is a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER by the National Association of Residential Property Managers and a RECOGNIZED PROPERTY MANAGER by the International Real Estate Institute. Rick is Co Owner of Jackson Office of Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties and is a licensed Wyoming Real Estate Salesperson.
