About Britany

Born and raised in beautiful Evanston WY I have grown up in the real estate world. My Grandmother had sold real estate since the early 80's and both of her daughters worked for her. I grew up in this industry and started working for my grandmother when I was 14 by the time, I graduated high school I was ready to spread my wings as most youth in Evanston and moved away for a year. During that year I figured out Evanston is where I belong. I moved back and began working a secretarial position for my grandmother three weeks into this position I was headed to school to get my real estate license and was licensed at the age of 19 I worked as an assistant for 2 years learning from the best teacher ever, my grandmother. At 21 I was very ambitious and knew I found my place in life I decided to go back to school and get my broker's license and was the youngest person in the state of Wyoming to achieve that goal. I have been selling real estate on my own since 2003 and can't imagine doing anything else! I have my SFR certificate which certifies me to sell Short Sales, Foreclosures and Relocation properties. I have a Certified Residential Specialist certificate which is only given to very experienced and trained Real Estate professionals. I also have my e-pro certification certifying me with electronics and technology. I specialize in first time buyers, seller's agency, relocation, investment properties, move up properties, foreclosures and bank owned properties. I am ready to take on any challenge and love learning about ways to better serve my clients!
