About Mariah

Dr. Mariah Jeffery obtained her Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida and began her career as an IBM Global Business Services Consultant. After the birth of her daughter, Mariah looked to reduce the hectic schedule and travel of consulting and transitioned to online teaching and curriculum development positions at a number of universities, including the University of Maryland, Northwestern State, and American Military University. In parallel to her schooling and career, Mariah has been consistently involved in real estate since purchasing her first property at 19 years old. From that property, she grew to personally have as many as 31 residential units and more recently has done numerous 1031 exchanges to transition from single- and multi-family residential to retail, office, medical, and industrial commercial properties. Mariah's passion for real estate drove her to want to help others find their ideal home or investment properties. She earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) in October 2022. As a former management consultant, she has a unique combination of real estate and business knowledge that is valuable for helping business owners locate their ideal site. Mariah believes that real estate can be used as a wealth-building tool for individuals of nearly all income levels. A Florida native, she now lives in Cheyenne with her husband, daughter, and their lab mix. In her spare time, is a runner and triathlete.
